Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY POLICY

Items must be:

  • Unused and in a resalable condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. However, use beyond this may result in a deduction for loss in value.

2. 30-DAY RETURNS POLICY (ADDITIONAL TO YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy for unwanted items.

Items must meet the same conditions as above.
Returns must be authorised before being sent back.

We reserve the right to refuse unauthorised returns.

3. AIRSOFT GUN RETURNS (USED ITEMS)

Airsoft guns are excluded from return once used beyond reasonable inspection.

The following will be considered use:

  • Firing BBs through the gun
  • Inserting or using a battery or gas
  • Loading magazines or chambers
  • Any signs of wear, residue, or cosmetic damage

Where a returned item shows use beyond reasonable inspection, we may:

  • Apply a deduction for loss in value, or
  • Refuse the return if the item is no longer in a resalable condition

This is in line with Regulation 34(9) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

4. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • As described
  • Fit for purpose
  • Of satisfactory quality

Within 30 Days

If your item is found to be faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

After 30 Days (Up to 6 Months)

If a fault is reported within this period, we will inspect the item and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund (where repair or replacement is not possible or not proportionate)

We will always assess the item to determine whether the fault is due to a manufacturing defect or other cause.

Where no manufacturing defect is found, or where the issue has arisen due to misuse, neglect, incorrect usage, or external damage, repairs may be chargeable. In such cases, you will be notified and provided with a quotation before any work is carried out.

After 6 Months

You may still have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; however, it is your responsibility to demonstrate that the fault was present at the time of delivery.

Repairs may be offered on a chargeable basis following inspection.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned (unless faulty):

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials (including gas, batteries where applicable)
  • Items not in resalable condition
  • Gift cards

Sale items may be returned unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of sale.

6. REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:

  • Receiving the returned goods, or
  • Receiving proof the goods have been returned

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

We will refund:

  • The cost of the item
  • Standard outbound delivery cost (if applicable under cancellation rights)

We do not refund:

WARRANTY POLICY

8. WARRANTY PERIODS

  • 6 months: AEGs (electric rifles/pistols)
  • 30 days: Gas pistols, gas rifles, grenades
  • 30 days: Batteries, chargers, and accessories

Warranty starts from date of purchase.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

9. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Warranty covers manufacturing faults only.

It will be void if the item has been:

  • Misused, abused, or neglected
  • Modified, upgraded, or disassembled
  • Used with incorrect batteries, gas, or BBs
  • Repaired by unauthorised persons

Proof of purchase is required.

10. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Not covered:

  • Wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Routine maintenance
  • Transport costs to return items
  • FPS variations
  • Use of low-quality BBs or incorrect consumables

11. BATTERY & USAGE POLICY

  • Recommended: 7.4v LiPo (max 30C)
  • 11.1v LiPo batteries are only permitted where explicitly stated by us

Use of higher voltage batteries without approval will void warranty — regardless of manufacturer claims.

12. GAS USAGE

Gas-powered products must be used with 134A gas only unless otherwise specified.

Use of incorrect gas will void warranty.

13. INCLUDED BATTERIES & CHARGERS

Batteries and chargers supplied with some products are provided as complimentary items.

These:

  • Are not covered under warranty
  • May be lower quality or lack advanced safety features

As these are supplied free of charge and we cannot verify manufacturing origin:
They are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
