Shipping policy

Tracked Shipping

All orders include tracking information, so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. Shop with confidence—your airsoft gear will arrive on time and ready for action!

Dispatch Times

  • Order before 12 noon (Monday to Friday): In-stock items are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed over the weekend: Dispatched on the next working Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Delays in Delivery

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will:

  • Inform you as soon as possible, and

  • Provide a revised estimated delivery date.

EU & UK Customers: Your statutory rights are not affected. For more information, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your package appears to be missing items or has arrived damaged, you must contact Duell Tactical Airsoft within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation.

This is essential so we can contact the courier and begin a claim.

Claims made after 24 hours cannot be actioned.

Important: Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
